Hebrew Kirtan: Drawing Closer to Our Source through Singing Together

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Hebrew Kirtan, inspired by a form of devotional prayer developed in India, is a technique of call-and-response, participatory chant using short, sacred phrases from Jewish liturgy as powerful, universal meditations. It is contemplative, ecstatic, groove-based and fun. The chants we will sing together will guide us from gratitude and being present to an awareness of our connection to one another and to our Source.
