Rebels, radicals, and rapscallions have questioned what it means to be a Jew. Jews have historically been in the vanguard of social change. Among them have been people of Jewish heritage who have no affiliation or sympathy with the theological basis of the religion but who have been so instilled with a Jewish ethnic upbringing that they are part of the greater Jewish community. The interaction of these themes will be the subject of this program, which will encourage audience participation.
